This web site presents the history of the distinguished Class of 1959 of the Lancaster High School, Lancaster, Ohio. Some of the stories of the class members will be chronicled photographically in this Web site. The early history of some members of the class also will be explored where records permit. The coverage, however, will respond to the "squeaky wheel" and all members of the class are encouraged to submit relevant information to any member of the Editorial Committee.

The strength of the Class of 1959 lies in the long-lasting relationships between many of its members, which fosters an uncommon camaraderie over the years. In many cases, relationships began before the first grade of grammar school. This Web site will continue the spirit of the Class of 59 by sharing our experiences throughout the U.S. via the Internet to those distant places our members have now spread (see map). This Web site will also endeavor to be a photographic documentation, but some editorial license will be exercised by the Editorial Committee when deemed necessary and appropriate. The Web site will be a dynamic one, in that it will change from time to time to reflect updates, news, and related new information received from class members.
